Fashion mavens growled when they saw this 1986 ad gracing the pages of Dogue magazine. Wait, not Vogue? No, Dogue. Published as a spoof of the famous fashion glossy by pet-accessories entrepreneur Ilene Hochberg, Dogue sniffed down the runways from a dog's-eye view with features like "Microwave Meals for Yuppie Puppies." Naturally, Dogue also lifted a leg on all those dramatic, self-important fashion advertisements, too.

This one, starring a collie presumed to be Lassie, riffed on Blackglama mink's long-running "What Becomes a Legend Most?" campaign.
