DENVER Class is now in session for independent TDA Advertising & Design thanks to TuitionBids.com, which has hired the Boulder, Colo., agency to handle its ad business following a review.

Spending will be $1 million, the agency said, supporting cable-TV ads as well as interactive and design efforts. The campaign breaks in the summer. College-bound and their parents will be the focus of the campaign

According to client CEO Keith Alliotts: “TDA demonstrated the ability to create a disruptive message, and to deliver it in the kind of approachable and confidence-inspiring design format that a financial product demands.”
