NEW YORK StrawberryFrog’s said it has added Kerry Stranman as group strategy director.

She joins the independent agency’s New York office with 12 years of experience as a planner with a focus on cultural observation and Web 2.0 strategies for fostering user participation, the agency said.

Stranman most recently served as an svp, planning director at Leo Burnett, where she oversaw consumer insights and strategy on Nintendo across Burnett, Starcom and Arc. She has also served as the chief strategist of MotiveQuest, a brand consultancy, where she helped forecast social trends for clients like BP, Citibank and DuPont by studying content on message boards and blogs.
