Insurance company State Farm today (Tuesday) announced a recall on Good Neigh Bears. The branded toys had been given out for free by State Farm agents and at sponsored events from September 2005 through March 2007.

The alert was issued by State Farm and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, urging consumers to stop using the recalled products. The teddy bears are said to have eyes that come off, posing a choking hazard  to children.
