The company shifted its creative and media business to GSD&M after a review, the agency has confirmed. Annual media spending is estimated at $15 million.

GSD&M, a unit of Omnicom Group based in Austin, Texas, succeeds Havas Worldwide in San Francisco on the creative business. (The media incumbent was Havas Media.) Havas, the agency formerly known as Euro RSCG, had handled the brand for four years.

At GSD&M, the business will be managed by account director Ronnie Steck, who also works on Pulte Homes and Lennox, an agency representative said.
