WPP Group digital shop Schematic is welcoming former AKQA executive Jason Whiting as managing director of its New York office.
Whiting (pictured) spent seven years at AKQA, where he most recently served as head of AKQA’s New York and Washington, D.C., offices. He was promoted to the position in May 2008 after leading the shop’s Washington location for four years.
Schematic said his role at the shop includes running its New York outpost and serving on its senior leadership team crafting overall strategy.
