BOSTON Wiesia Sadowski has joined PJA as an account director, the agency said.
Sadowski, 33, will oversee various accounts at the Cambridge, Mass.-based independent, including InnoCentive and new addition Netegrity. She reports to partner and director of account services Mike O'Toole.
"Wiesia has deep experience in business-to-business accounts. She is great match given our industry focus and growth goals," O'Toole said, noting that she was hired as a response to recent agency growth.
Sadowski most recently worked at indie Allen & Gerritsen in Watetown, Mass., as a marketing supervisor, and she has also served at Boston-based Kelley Habib John. During her career, she has helped oversee marketing efforts for clients such as Manulife Financial, State Street Global and Vertex.
She joins as PJA takes on several new assignments. The shop in recent weeks scored work from MRO Software and Netegrity [Adweek Online, Aug. 31]. The agency said its financials are on pace to rise 20 percent compared with a year ago, when it tallied billings of about $25 million and revenue close to $4 million.
