Ruby Tuesday is in play again. Five months after naming People Ideas & Culture as its lead creative agency, the casual dining chain is seeking a new shop.

The search is down to a handful of finalists, with a decision expected in October. PI&C is not defending. A Ruby Tuesday representative had no immediate comment. Select Resources International in Santa Monica, Calif is managing the process. Media spending on the brand has declined significantly in the past four years, from nearly $50 million in 2007 to only about $11 million last year, according to Nielsen.
