Account planner Justin Holloway last week was named executive vice president at Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos and charged with building a new department to better inform creative development.
His hiring completes a months-long recruitment effort intended to rebuild senior management under founder and chairman Jack Connors.
Holloway has resigned as senior vice president and director of account planning at Publicis Hal Riney in San Francisco, where he has worked for the last five years. He plans to start his new job in November.
Holloway will work closely with Hill, Holliday creative director John Doig and director of client services June Blocklin, both of whom have joined the shop within the last year.
