Former Mindshare North America CEO Scott Neslund has been named CEO of digital agency Red Bricks Media, the shop has confirmed.

Neslund will split his time between the agency’s San Francisco headquarters and its New York office.

In addition to his CEO stripes, Neslund joins Red Bricks Media as both an equity stakeholder and a member of the board of directors. Neslund succeeds Red Bricks Media’s co-founder Elliott Easterling, who becomes chairman.

Neslund parted ways with Mindshare last spring after a two-year stint as CEO.
