Publicis Groupe has begun sorting out management chores at its digital agencies Razorfish and Digitas, with Razorfish chief innovation officer Colin Kinsella moving to Digitas as president of North American operations.

Kinsella fills a slot created when Laura Lang ascended to global CEO to replace David Kenny, who is managing director of VivaKi, the unit that houses Publicis’ digital assets.

The move comes two weeks after Publicis closed its $530 million deal to acquire Razorfish. The holding company is faced with more decisions, as it seeks to maintain two large digital agency brands but eliminate redundancies in technology development and platforms.
