Out-of-home specialist Posterscope USA continues to expand its U.S. operations, announcing Wednesday (July 1) it is opening a new office in Phoenix, headquarters of out-of-home media giants CBS Outdoor and Clear Channel Outdoor. The new Phoenix office will offer Posterscope’s full suite of services including out-of-home planning, buying, research and production.
Ryan Shugrue, previously senior account executive for CBS Outdoor, will run the Phoenix office as managing director.
