CHICAGO Paper Mate has enlisted 141 Worldwide to handle marketing services.

The WPP Group agency will work with sibling Ogilvy & Mather, Chicago, to develop the company’s 2005 integrated marketing campaign targeting teen and tween demographics. The shop also will develop radio events for the 2004 back-to-school season.
