This One Goes to 11: OBIE Award Winners

This year’s 67th annual OBIE Awards competition for the ad industry’s oldest creative prize drew 45 submissions. Of the 11 winners, Leo Burnett snatched four (including the grand prize winner for James Ready beer), while BBDO took home three. The awards will be announced today in a Webinar hosted by Mark Tutssel, chief judge and Burnett’s chief creative officer.

The team of OBIE judges also included Adam Kanzer, associate creative director, BBDO New York; Sean Robertson, vp, creative director, CBS Outdoor; John Sabel, executive vp of creative print advertising, Walt Disney; Rocky Sisson, global director, sales and marketing, Clear Channel Outdoor; Manny Vidal, president & CEO, Vidal Partnership; and Jonah Bloom, editor, Ad Age.
