Foote Cone & Belding in New York will put its first creative stamp on the White House’s antidrug media campaign since winning the account, with new work that targets teens in a more positive way than past work, sources said.

Eight spots are expected to break this fall. The spots, which introduce the tagline, “Above the Influence,” will show teens the type of people who use drugs and who are bad influences. The goal is to get teens to conclude: You are above that behavior and therefore are above the influence.
