BOSTOn—Network Health, a managed-care organization serving the Medicaid-eligible population in Massachusetts, has launched a review for its advertising and design account. The budget is $1 million.

Network Health, based in Cambridge, Mass., markets to physicians and to low-income, hard-to-reach populations with often limited English language abilities. Experience with those groups is key, said client marketing manager Alex Jablokow.

Strong design expertise is crucial, too, since the client handles some marketing in house. Future campaigns will consist of direct mail, outdoor and radio ads, Jablokow said.
