McDonald's Faces More Backlash Over Happy Meal Toys

First, lawmakers in California voted to ban McDonald's from offering toys with Happy Meals. Now, the Center for Science in the Public Interest is suing the fast-food chain for "deceptive marketing and business practices," according to Bloomberg.com.

The Washington-based consumer advocacy group is seeking class-action status on behalf of California's children, who have been exposed to McDonald's kids meals advertisements since December 2008.
