Interpublic Group, McCann, MDC Partners and Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners have agreed to settle a lawsuit brought by McCann against the latter two firms.

In its original court filing, IPG’s McCann had alleged that its ex-New York chief Lori Senecal (pictured) breached the terms of her contract in hiring former McCann execs and soliciting business from clients of the shop. Senecal left McCann last August to join MDC-owned KBS as its chief executive officer.
