The Marketing Arm has installed Tim Dyer as creative manager. Dyer will assist in developing creative concepts for the Dallas agency’s four business units: USM&P, Millsport, Talent Link and Promo Link. Dyer previously worked as a copywriter and project manager at MBS Direct in Columbia, Mo. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
