 Liberty Mutual broke a new campaign Sunday touting The Responsibility Project (www.responsiblityproject.com), an online forum launched last year to discuss doing the right thing. Th opening spot sets up viewers for the depressing if thought-provoking discussions to come. A child’s voice introduces us to the Marlowes, a fictional family experiencing much of the life challenges facing many Americans these days (e.g., the threat of unemployment). The introductory commercial tells us that deep down most people want to do the right thing, they just don’t know what it is.
