Independent LevLane has employed Tom Cugini in the new position of media supervisor at its Philadelphia office, where he will report to senior vice president and media director Tony Sweeney. Cugini was previously at Havas’ MPG, New York, where he worked as a media supervisor on GlaxoSmithKline and at Omnicom’s OMD, New York, where he worked on Johnson & Johnson. He is expected to oversee Sunoco, KFC, Taco Bell and Philadelphia Corp. for the Aging, among other accounts.
