BOSTON Pile and Co.'s In-House Agency Forum has appointed Amanda Knox executive director.

She joins from Forrester Research, where she managed the organization's Fortune 100 client accounts. Her resume also includes positions with Putnam Investments and Commonwealth Financial Network.
The In-House Agency Forum was founded in 2005 and allows members to share and compare information regarding the challenges and best practices of operating in-house agencies. The group's board of directors includes senior in-house agency execs from BJ's Wholesale Club, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CVS, Disney, Explorica, MFS Investment Management, Putnam Investments, TJX and Yahoo!.
