Kim Slicklein has been named president of OgilvyEarth, the WPP agency’s global sustainability practice, replacing Seth Farbman who joined Ogilvy client Gap as chief marketing officer.

Slicklein had been head of sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives at Droga5. Prior to that role, she spent over six years building Enclave Rising, a sustainable real estate development company she launched.

Slicklein also created the Enclave Rising Foundation, which designed programs focused on conservation, alternative energy, public-private partnerships, and sustainability initiatives.
