In the latest in a series of moves and acquisitions by MDC Partners, the company’s Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners unit in New York has taken a majority stake in crosstown public relations firm Kwittken & Co.
The 22-person shop, a corporate communications and b-to-b specialist, retains its brand identity and becomes an operating unit of KBS+P. Kwittken & Co. was founded in 2005 by CEO Aaron Kwittken (pictured) and president Jason Schlossberg, who continue in their management roles as the firm joins KBS+P.
