NEW YORK A federal judge today dismissed the remaining claims in a class-action lawsuit that accused Omnicom Group of impropriety in its accounting practices for its interactive holdings.

U.S. District Court Judge William H. Pauley III granted a summary judgment that Omnicom had sought to dismiss the case. In a 15-page ruling, Pauley said in part that the plaintiff failed to provide sufficient facts to support its claims that Omnicom failed to write-down Internet investments it transferred to Seneca Investments, improperly accounted for the transaction and failed to carry the value of Seneca on its books.
