BOSTON Incumbent ISM said it has retained the $2.5 million ad account of the Massachusetts Port Authority following a review. ISM has held the business since 1998.

In addition to the Boston-based incumbent, the other finalists were Conover Tuttle in Lynnfield, Mass., and Small Army in Boston. All three contenders are independently owned.

The new contract will start on May 1, and run for at least three years, with two single-year renewals.

Massport is a quasi-public entity that regularly reviews its vendor relationships.
