Interpublic Group has aligned its single-office Dailey shop in West Hollywood, Calif., with corporate sibling Draftfcb.

In recent years, there has been speculation that IPG was considering merging Dailey into another of its units in Los Angeles. Both Dailey — which at this point remains an independent entity — and Draftfcb work on assignments for Nestle.

As a result of the realignment, Tom Lehr (pictured), the Dailey evp, managing director who has overseen account management and new business, has been promoted to president, replacing Bruce Miller who becomes vice chairman, a position he held prior to becoming CEO in 2006.
