What's the first information you consume in the morning?
I start by reading what's going on. You guys on the East Coast have already put all the first stories out there, so by the time I get up around 7 a.m., there's a bunch of useless information to consume.

What do you read or watch or listen to at the breakfast table?
I don't get the newspaper anymore, sadly, except on Sundays. So while the kids are eating their cereal, I go to my iPad and hit The New York Times and a couple of websites–Pop Candy, which is Whitney Matheson's website, and New York magazine's Vulture.
