Riley will join the brand strategy group and oversee the agency's marquee retail accounts. “As our retail portfolio continues to expand, so does the need to bring the industry’s best talent into the Horizon fold,” said Sean Smith, Horizon's managing director of retail, in a statement. “Megan’s track record of success handling media duties for top retail companies will be a boon to the team as well as our clients.”
The agency's newest top hire arrives from MediaVest, where she was connections director of strategic planning handling MediaVest's Walmart business as well as global media responsibilities for Avon. Prior to her role at MediaVest, Riley was a media supervisor at Mindshare, where she worked on accounts such as Hershey Foods and American Express.
