Presidential candidate Jeb Bush used the social media platform Monday evening to pick another fight with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. This time he challenged her New College Compact plan for higher education, which Clinton unveiled Monday.

It all started with a tweet from Clinton's camp featuring an infographic on how much Americans owe in student debt, along with a link to her new higher education plan.
