GSD&M Idea City has promoted vp of digital strategy Jeanne Crockett to director of client service.
Crockett, who has worked at the Omnicom Group shop since 2006, assumes those duties from Duff Stewart, GSD&M’s president and CEO. Crockett will continue to lead digital strategy as well.
The last executive at the Austin, Texas-based agency to carry the client service title was Wendy Clark, who left in July 2004 to become svp of advertising at AT&T. Clark is now svp of integrated marketing communications and capabilities at Coca-Cola.
Before GSD&M, Crockett was director of client service at Omnicom’s Organic. She also has client-side experience, having worked as a marketing and corporate communications manager at Chateau Properties and as a marketing development manager at Firemen’s Fund Mortgage.
