SAN FRANCISCO Omnicom’s Goodby, Silverstein & Partners here said it has hired Erik Vervroegen as cd.
Formerly with TBWA in Paris, Vervroegen will work on new business as well as the Commonwealth Bank of Australia account.
“Erik is a wonderful, incredibly energetic man who is like no one else in advertising. We are thrilled to have him join our team,” said Jeff Goodby, agency co-chairman, in a statement.
In January 2002, Vervroegen was named ecd at TBWA in Paris, adding the president’s title in 2003.
