NEW YORK Reuters said it has entered into a comprehensive ad deal with General Electric for its “Ecomagination” campaign.

GE becomes the premier sponsor of Reuters’ interactive TV channel in the U.S. The service is available via Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.

The campaign touts GE products and services that provide significant and measurable environmental performance advantages: an aircraft engine, a locomotive and technology that converts coal into a cleaner-burning fuel.

As the primary sponsor of Reuters’ interactive TV channel, GE will run 30-second post-roll video ads.
