BOSTON G2 Worldwide said it has taken a majority stake in Chateux Hospitality, a leading activation and relationship marketing firm in India (that also does business under the Rams brand name).

Founded in 1998, Chateux employs 150 staffers and is based in Gurgoan, with offices in Mumbai and Bangalore. Clients include American Express, General Electric, GlaxoSmithKline, AIG, Nestle, Eli Lilly, Hewlett-Packard and Honda. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. G2 is a unit of WPP Group’s Grey.
