Acquires U.S. Latino Marketing Duties for Hyundai Motor America
DALLAS–Hyundai Motor America has hired Dieste & Partners here to handle its charged up Latino account.
The business, estimated by industry sources at $3-5 million, gives the agency a coveted automotive marketing account, plus the impetus to conclude a discussed merger that will open a West Coast affiliate of Dieste.
“Hispanics are very oriented to imported cars,” said agency managing partner Warren Harmel. “And a lot of segments they’re buying in are the smaller economy cars, so this is a real opportunity for growth.”
