ATLANTA Following a three-month review, Royal Caribbean has retained Havas’ Arnold as its lead interactive agency, though the client said it might bring other shops aboard on a project basis.

Barbara Shrut, vice president of customer loyalty and e-marketing for the Miami-based cruise line, said that Royal Caribbean would continue discussions with “a few handpicked agencies” regarding special projects.

For now, however, the Boston incumbent will continue work on the $5 million account, she said.
