Looking to jump-start its interactive capabilities cheaply and quickly, Colle & McVoy has entered into a strategic alliance with Maxxcom partner Nine Dots.

Phil Johnson, Colle & McVoy’s president, said the alliance is a way for the Minneapolis shop to increase its interactive offerings without “a massive capital investment.”

In turn, the combination gives Portland, Ore.-based Nine Dots (formerly CyberSight) a Midwest presence to service clients such as General Motors, Northwest Airlines and The Quaker Oats Co.
