Colle & McVoy Links With Interactive Agency Nine Dots

Looking to jump-start its interactive capabilities cheaply and quickly, Colle & McVoy has entered into a strategic alliance with Maxxcom partner Nine Dots.

Phil Johnson, Colle & McVoy's president, said the alliance is a way for the Minneapolis shop to increase its interactive offerings without "a massive capital investment."

In turn, the combination gives Portland, Ore.-based Nine Dots (formerly CyberSight) a Midwest presence to service clients such as General Motors, Northwest Airlines and The Quaker Oats Co.

"This was an opportunity for us to get closer to our clients," said Nine Dots CEO Andrew Shakman. "We'll also be able to offer them—and prospective clients—a more complete range of services."
