Bozell Worldwide’s new associate creative director Gary Johnston didn’t waste any time making his mark at the agency.
Since joining the Southfield, Mich., shop late last year, Johnston has overseen the creation of five new TV spots and a print campaign heralding the Chrysler minivan’s 15th anniversary.
Johnston, an art director, and his copywriting partner, David Vawter, oversee the agency’s creative work for DaimlerChrysler’s Chrysler and Plymouth brands. Before arriving at Bozell, Johnston was a creative director at Ammirati Puris Lintas, New York, where his clients included Burger King, Lipton and UPS.
