CBS Outdoor Renews With WDC Transit

CBS Outdoor renewed its advertising contract with the Washington Area Metropolitan Transit Authority, covering advertising on both bus and rail systems, 86 metro stations, 1,200 rail cars and more than 1,300 buses. The three-year agreement, announced Monday (June 7) includes four single-year options.

The fourth largest transit agency, WMATA carries an estimated 1.2 million riders a day.
Combined with its other transit contracts in Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta, Cleveland and most recently New York’s MTA, CBS Outdoor cemented its position in the transit advertising business.
