In another breakthrough in the out-of-home medium, CBS Outdoor launched the first-ever high-definition video platform poster. Dubbed the "Video Two-Sheet," the new, self-powered digital OOH format debuted Monday (June 14) as part of HBO's True Blood station domination campaign in the Times Square subway station.
Passersby will be treated to a preview of the new season of True Blood via ultra-thin, 10-inch LCD screens with audio, embedded in traditional two-sheet posters in the subway station.
"The combination of digital media and print gives us the opportunity to create unique, personal and engaging experiences for the consumer on behalf of our clients," said David Lane, vp of digital media for CBS Outdoor.
To create the new Video Two-Sheets, CBS Outdoor worked with Engagement Media and Standout Graphics.
