General Motors’ Cadillac has narrowed its search for a new lead creative agency to three finalists: Bartle Bogle Hegarty, The Martin Agency and Publicis, confirmed Ark Advisors, the consultancy managing the search.

Publicis, a Publicis Groupe shop, is pitching out of its New York office, as is BBH, which is 49 percent owned by Publicis Groupe. Interpublic Group’s Martin is based in Richmond, Va.

The shops will be briefed this week at Cadillac’s headquarters, according to Ark in New York.
