Like many Boston independent agencies, Forge benefits from the entrepreneurial climate spawned by the local university and venture capital communities. For Cisco Systems, it’s developing an application that lets the networking equipment giant’s salespeople customize presentations on the fly. Another project is a self-serve sales app for Cisco’s C-suite execs. “Our mantra is to uncommoditize brands. This is our specialty. We invent, connect and differentiate,” said Forge co-founder, partner and chief executive officer Harry Chapin.
