Publicis Groupe has been awarded global creative chores on Anheuser-Busch InBev’s Beck’s beer in a consolidation. The holding company’s Publicis in New York and Publicis Modem East will act as lead agencies.

Global spending could not immediately be determined. In the U.S., Beck’s spent $3.5 million in 2008, per Nielsen. It’s not known if AB InBev contacted other agencies before giving the business to Publicis. The account had been at Lowe London, and was the last AB InBev brand handled by that Interpublic agency after it lost Stella Artois last year.
