Holsted Marketing, a direct mail marketing company in New York, has added Ed Becker as vice president of creative services and Scott Lynch as executive creative director. Becker comes to Holsted from People’s Bank in Bridgeport, Conn., where he was vice president of marketing communications and new initiatives. As such, he directed all aspects of the bank’s marketing efforts for national credit card and consumer loan products, including research, product positioning, advertising, direct mail creative and production, telemarketing, and Web site and e-mail programs.
