LONDON – Bartle Bogle Hegarty is under pressure on its $16-million Shell Oil business. After rumors throughout the agency’s three-year tenure on the account, Shell UK confirmed last week that it was in ongoing discussions with a series of agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather, its lead shop in Europe. Until BBH landed the job, O&M/London worked on Shell for 43 years.
