Troy Kelley, Arnold Worldwide’s evp, chief digital officer, has joined R/GA as vp, managing director, client services. In his new post, Kelley has been given oversight of the digital agency’s Walmart business.

R/GA won the Walmart business two years ago, beating IPG corporate sibling MRM Worldwide. As part of that assignment R/GA was asked to create a digital marketing platform for the retailer’s "Save money. Live better" campaign created by The Martin Agency, also part of IPG.
