NEW YORK AOL Europe said today that it has tapped Google to deliver sponsored search results to its property, replacing Overture.

Under the multi-year agreement, users of the AOL service in the U.K., France and Germany will receive targeted advertising from Google related to their search queries.

The deal expands Google’s relationship with the Dulles, Va.-based Time Warner Internet unit; the Mountain View, Calif., company already provides search results to AOL Europe and has worked with AOL in the U.S.
