NEW YORK Martin Macdonald, most recently creative managing partner at Britain’s Balloon Dog digital and direct agency, has died.

Family members could not be located, but Macdonald’s death is believed to have occurred within the last 10 days.

Macdonald was chief creative officer at RMG Connect, which he joined in April 2006. He left the JWT digital and direct unit last summer and joined Balloon Dog, with offices in Norwich and London. (Balloon Dog was formerly known as Fox Murphy, prior to an MBO at the company.)
