NEW YORK Unilever has moved its Slim-Fast creative business from Grey Worldwide to Ogilvy & Mather, effective immediately, sources said.

WPP Group, which owns O&M, is in the process of acquiring Grey in a deal set to be completed by the end of this year.

Grey in New York has handled the weight-loss product line since 1987, but four years ago, Unilever bought the brand. The client’s archrival Procter & Gamble is one of Grey’s largest worldwide accounts, and sources said the Slim-Fast move came as no surprise.
