CHICAGO Time Warner Cable has awarded its ad account to WPP Group’s Ogilvy & Mather after a review, according to the company. Estimated billings are $50 million.

The New York-based shop will look to build the Time Warner brand as it begins to offer a variety of video, high-speed Internet and phone services in its markets. The business had been handled by several smaller agencies, according to the company.

Interpublic Group’s Deutsch and Publicis Groupe shops Fallon and Leo Burnett also participated in the review, the client said.
